A recent incident caused me to reflect about the conservation officer in Idaho. I saw a permanently painted statement on the tailgate of a pickup that Idaho Fish and Game is populated with liars and cheats.The pickup had a Latah County license plate. I suspect this individual got a citation from a conservation officer.
